The Show

Professor B's Magic Show begins with colour-changing flowers and silks, balls that appear, ropes that meld together and grow 15m long, and then with the help  from the audience things start changing places before their very faces! Cards, dice, a glass of milk, vases of water! The children play "Pin the Tail on the Donkey" but with a magical tilt. There are classics like the Chinese Linking Rings, new effects too, and the children are involved throughout. The show ends to music, with a seemingly endless flow of silk streamers and handkerchiefs appearing from a tiny wooden box . . .

Professor B

Professor B first did magic professionally at the age of 13, entertaining at a Melbourne RSL Club. Appearing in Melbourne’s Aladdin’s Magic Shop each summer in his teens, he entertained children across Victoria and interstate until his  early 20s, when he became busy with a long career in universities.

Now a retired professor living in the Dandenong Ranges, he is back entertaining children with magic again, and loving it!
